Chloe is a little girl that passed away long ago in an accident relating an old laboratory in Nullos' outskirts, being unable to reach the afterlife, she dwells
on the mortal plane as a ghost, not a bad one mind you, just a girl that plays with the other kids in the outskirts, but just so happens to not age along the others.
She's described as peppy, derpy, and super charismatic, being not feared at all by those who pass by the old lab.
She's usually alone in the outskirts, being accompanied by children and their families when they pass by her dwelling on roadtrips, not that it bothers her, she knows how
to have fun by herself!

- She doens't know she doesn't need to breathe.
- Can't taste, but she does love the smell of bleach, and freshly baked apple pie.

More than thirty years ago, and before the founding of Stitches Corporation, a small pharmaceutical firm was set on the outskirts of Nullos, developing first aid kits.
The story goes that the founder of said small firm eventually turned insane because of work, deciding to close forever by burning down his product, and in turn, his home.
